Susan Savvas Hadjiyanis

Susan Hadjiyanis is the training coordinator for the Minnesota Center of Excellence for Influenza Research and Surveillance (MCEIRS) within CIDRAP. She has substantial international experience as an instructional designer, facilitator, and corporate trainer. Ms. Hadjiyanis has designed and delivered global training programs, seminars, workshops, and e-learning for Fortune 1000 companies including Medtronic, Microsoft, DHL, HP, DISH Network, and Novo Nordisk using a blended approach to learning.

After receiving her bachelor of arts in education from the University of Iowa, Ms. Hadjiyanis became an expert in the field of accelerated learning. She is a certified practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming and a certified master PhotoReading instructor. She has spoken at international conferences and has been featured in numerous accelerated learning articles. Ms. Hadjiyanis was also director of training for business-improvement company BI, where she was instrumental in the achievement of the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award and was selected as a Minnesota Council for Quality examiner.
