Nicholas Kelley, PhD

Dr. Kelley is the preparedness program coordinator at CIDRAP. He has a broad background in pandemic and all-hazards preparedness and in working with both the public and private sector. 

Dr. Kelley was a research assistant at CIDRAP prior to becoming the preparedness program coordinator and served as the assistant project director on the CIDRAP Comprehensive Influenza Vaccine Initiative. He is a member of the University of Minnesota's Medical Reserve Corp and is actively involved in local pandemic planning and response activities.

Dr. Kelley has a bachelor's degree in biology from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, and master's and doctoral degrees in environmental health from the University of Minnesota.
